Swapna Gadgil has been in the field of teaching and coaching for fitness for the past 4 years and is a certified Balanced Body Pilates trainer and Reebok Certified Personal Trainer.Although she finished her MBA and worked in the field of IT for 4 years, her passion for fitness and teaching made her change her career paths. She has always been an avid sportperson since school. She completed her Reebok personal trainer and step Aerobics course and went on to work with an Interntional Chain of Fitness club as a Club Manager and Instructor.

 

Her journey in Pilates began about 2.5 years back, starting off with teaching Mat Pilates. But once she was introduced to the world of Appartus based Pilates there was no looking back. She is now certified to teach Reformer, Trapeze Table and Barre and is continuing her education in Pilates to build a solid base in teaching Pilates. She has also completed her certification in 3D Anatomy.  She uses her knowledge in  Functional Fitness and Pilates for  work a fun and effective, strong workout for her clients.
