Dr. Rituja Udpikar is a Physiotherapist and Balanced Body certified Pilates instructor. She is certified to teach Mat, Reformer, Chair, Trapeze, Barrels, MOTR and Barre Pilates. She has been teaching Pilates for more than 2 years. Being a Physiotherapist, she uses her profound knowledge about the human anatomy to design very goal specific classes for her clients. She also teaches Pilates for rehabilitation of injuries, training athletes, Perinatal clients and Geriatric populations. She is also a long distance runner and is now training for the coveted Ironman triathlon event.
Sports have always been an integral part of her life and she has played sports like Table tennis, Skating and Volley ball in the past. She has been a classical Bharatnatyam dancer for the last 15 years.
She truly believes in the motto ‘Movement is life’. Exploring human body movement and human endurance is her passion which drives her work as a Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor.
